What is the Pink Patch Project?
The Vernon Police Department is proud to join hundreds of public safety agencies throughout the world in support of the Pink Patch Project (#PinkPatchProject).
As an innovative public awareness campaign, the Pink Patch Project is designed to bring attention to the fight against breast cancer and to support breast cancer research organizations in combating this devastating disease.
The City of Hope is one such organization. Founded in 1913, City of Hope is a National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer center and a founding member of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, making it a national leader in advancing research and treatment protocols.
