California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)
The "California Environmental Reporting System" known as CERS, has been adopted by all of the California CUPA's and requires that businesses submit all hazardous material inventories and business plans electronically.
You need an e-mail account and access to a computer in order to submit your information. For those who do not have a computer, contact our office to make an appointment to use a computer at the Health Dept. counter.
