for City construction projects and prepares and reviews legal descriptions
for street dedications.
The public works' crews maintain City trees, provide graffiti removal,
repair concrete and asphalt surfaces, maintain and clean the City's
sewer and storm drain systems. Additionally, City staff provides maintenance
and cleans City buildings. The City garage maintains a fleet of 300
vehicles and pieces of equipment and warehouses stocks and supplies.
City contractors provide signal maintenance, traffic lane striping,
and street sweeping services.

as well as maintains the City's centerline ties, City monuments, and
benchmarks. All private property lines are established from these record
monuments.
