Last year the City of Vernon retained the Kosmont Companies

to evaluate, compare, and rank the cost of conducting

business in Vernon to that of twelve industrial cities in

California, Texas, Nevada and Arizona. The study found that

Vernon, California represented the most competitive option

among the cities evaluated.
